NOAA's National Weather Service - The official in weather galore. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association is a huge national employer. They have about 70 to 80 official stations across the nation as well as a plethora of people who submit their own weather readings to the organization. Probably the most accurate out of all weather sites in forecasting. The site doesn't focus on how much rain New Yorkers are going to have fall on them today but rather more of a scientific and broader approach. The NOAA knows that alot of people heavily rely on their data and forecasts whether they be on the mainland or out on water.
